Westend Walls is a project that startet back in 2010, when the neighbours in Westend wanted to change the atmosphere in their street. The two walls located at Westend exhibit temporary art. The walls are seperately painted by artists and displayed temporary before it is replaced by another artist. We believe that the Walls at Westend is beautifying our city, by bringing art into our everyday lives. The project is one of its kind in Copenhagen but Advocate for art made public. The project is a cooperation between Westend Walls, Danmarks Lærerforening and Westend AB 1-3 A special thanks goes out to the two owners of the walls, for supporting public art.
